Collecting stories from family members is not always easy. Memories of the past are often locked away in albums and shoe boxes, laugh lines and quiet moments. This workshop will help you to capture stories and memories, using photographs, keepsakes and your own words.

Learn how to use mind mapping, family tree and journaling techniques. Discover how to find your stories from old letters and anecdotes from years gone by. Create a lasting legacy for future generations to enjoy and learn from.

Presented by Caylie Jeffery, in partnership with the Queensland Writers Centre. This event is at the Kingston Butter Factory and is a 2023 National Heritage Festival event.

Bookings are suggested. Where an event has not been fully booked, walk-ins may be permitted.
