Greenbank Library Locker
Launching from September 1, 2026
The Greenbank Library locker is located outside the Greenbank Library on Teviot Road.
The Locker will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can collect your reservations at any time.
If you have a full library membership you can reserve items from our library catalogue for pickup at the Greenbank Locker.
Library Lockers FAQ
Place a reservation in the catalogue and choose one of these pickup locations:
- Greenbank Any Locker – your reservation will be placed in the first available locker when it arrives.
- Greenbank Accessible Locker – if you need a lower height locker only, choose this option.
- Scan your library card barcode or enter your member number manually. Include the 15/ if your card has one.
- Items waiting for you are displayed on screen, press on Confirm to access these.
- The door will automatically open, remove your item and close the door. The item is loaned to your account.
- Choose Logout to complete your transaction.
- Choose if you want an email receipt of your loans.
You will have 5 full days to collect your reservation from the locker. If you did not collect it in this time you will need to re-reserve the item.
You will receive an email as soon as the item is ready to collect. A standard reservation notice will come from the library system the next day if the item is still awaiting collection.
