Hi there, my name's Robyn and this is Cathy. And we're from First 5 Forever and we're here today to share a book and a song with you. But first, let's start with our Acknowledgement of Country.

Now the book that we're going to be sharing together today is ‘Pete the Cat - I Love My White Shoes.’ Now it's been written by Eric Litwin and it's been illustrated by James Dean. Now this is a super fun book and we would love for you to join in with us while we're reading it. 
Description:
Robyn places her hands on her knees and Cathy picks up the book. Robyn and Cathy point to the cover of the book. The book cover shows a blue cat in white sports shoes and Cathy points to the author and illustrator’s name. Robyn points her fingers towards the front the moves them back to her chest.
Robyn:
So if you have a shaker at home, you might want to go and grab it but if you don't, like I didn't. You might be able to make one at home from things that you find around the house.
