Am I Evil? – hell yes I am!

Alcatraz Versus the Evil Librarians by Brandon Sanderon

Alcatraz versus the Evil Librarians is a book where the bad guys are librarians.  What more could a librarian want? In our world where information is power and those that control the information are all powerful does it really surprise you that we Librarians are trying to take over the world. This light hearted book tells the story of a boy who discovers that all is not quite what it seems, where society has been repressed by the information gathering evil cult of librarians, and our heros have a special talent for tripping over, breaking things or being late. Alcatraz (our would be saviour) freely admits that he is not a nice guy (he’s 13 what would you expect) but somehow he manages to get through doing the wrong thing to make things right (and for those of you who think I’ve said too much there’s a sequal so it’s not like you didn’t know he was going to survive). The only fault with the book I had was the annoying style of writing that the author has at the start of every chapter pointing out what a normal author would do and why they would do it. This book is complete fiction and should be in no way taken seriously (of course I would say that…. I am a librarian after all)
