Better than Air Guitar

In January the Beenleigh Library was the scene for a five week music program that specifically targeted youth in the area. The combination of a drum kit, several guitars and microphones resulted in weekly jamming sessions that were enjoyed by all the youth in attendance.

The song of choice was Wild Thing but generally they were happy to jam and experiment with all the musical instruments. Several of the attendees were also excited to be filmed during the event and the result is a short film that can now be viewed on YouTube.
