Logan Libraries is hosting a range of activities throughout our branches in support of Looking@2.0 Beenleigh Library will be holding web 2.0 classes in the first month of Looking@2.0 to get people started. The classes will consist of a general introduction to web 2.0. Marsden Library will be facilitating weekly drop-in sessions for participants who wish assistance with Looking@2.0 , these will be held every Wednesday afternoon from 2- 3pm Logan Hyperdome Library will be facilitating weekly drop-in sessions, held every Tuesday afternoon from 3-4pm. Logan North Library will be holding regular classes on how to use both iPods & iTunes. Beginner classes will be held on the 2nd Saturday of every month from 2.00-3.00pm. The Advanced classes will be on the 4th Saturday of every month from 2.00-3.00pm. Logan North will also host classes on learning how to use iPhoto. These classes will cover organizing your photos so you can find them fast and sharing them with your friends and family, as well as a session on how to use GarageBand Finally, Beenleigh, Hyperdome, Jimboomba, Logan Central and Logan North libraries will all be holding “So You Think You Can Google?” an introductory course covering Google’s many features.
