What a site!
3 June 2008The new library continues to take shape, as we count down the weeks to the expected completion date. Logan Water is currently installing the water supply for the library. The lift will be delivered next week. Installation will take 4 - 5 weeks as the lift car is assembled in the lift well. The suspended ceiling started installation yesterday. Water proofing has been completed (99% before the heavy downfall last week - only a few leaks to deal with). The joinery work will commence next Tuesday. The storm water drainage will be completed next week. 95% of the cladding has been completed. Flooring in the activity area has commenced. General floor installation will be completed by the end of June.
